Firstly, committee decided to organize an open day for the Members and secretariat of Peoples Majlis twice a year. First Open day will be held on 22nd February 2020. A sub committee was selected to organize the open day with the secretariat. Member are: Thoddoo Constituency, Hassan Shiyan, South Maafannu Constituency, Adam Ali and Funadhoo Constituency Mohamed Shahid. Secondly, a memo sent by Table office regarding member’s committee allowance was discussed. Committee decided not to change the guideline and to follow the current procedure.
