In today’s meeting the committee held discussions regarding the guideline drafted to set out the procedure to be followed concerning the issues received to the committee and other matters.

Hanimaadhoo constituency member Abdul Gafoor Moosa proposed to pass the guideline. It was seconded by Maamigili constituency member Gasim Ibrahim. Below are the voting details

Hence, the guideline on the procedure to be followed regarding the issues received by the committee and other matters was passed unanimously.

After that, the committee discussed how to proceed with the pending works of 19^th Majlis. Maamigili constituency member Gasim Ibrahim proposed to make a table of pending works and whether to proceed with the issues shall be decided after discussing the cases. It was seconded by Noth Maafannu constituency member Mohamed Nazim.

Also Hanimaadhoo constituency member Abdul Gafoor Moosa proposed to hold introductory meetings with the authorities within the committee mandate it was seconded by Thulhaadhoo constituency member Abdul Hannan Aboobakuru.
