Summary

In today's meeting, appointment of the Committee chair and Deputy chair of the committee was scheduled.

Director General Shabana Rasheed presided over the selection process of committee's chairperson and vice chairperson.

Kelaa Constituency Member Abdulla Shareef proposed to elect Central Hithadhoo Constituency member Azaan Marzooq as the Chair of the Committee. It was seconded by Funadhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Mamdooh and was passed unanimously.



Hithadhoo Constituency member Azaan Marzooq proposed to elect Funadhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Mamdooh as the Vice Chair of the Committee. It was seconded by Kelaa Constituency Member Abdulla Shareef and was passed unanimously.



Hanimaadhoo Constituency member Abdul Ghafoor Moosa proposed the working and voting quorum of 3 members, which was seconded by Kelaa Constituency Member Abdulla Shareef and was passed unanimously.



Furthermore, Funadhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Mamdooh proposed to schedule committee meetings on Every Tuesday at 13:00. Kelaa Constituency Member Abdulla Shareef seconded this proposal and was passed unanimously.
