Summary

In today's meeting, the committee discussed regarding the audit reports of Family Protection Authority for the year 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. And the committee decided to send a report to the main committee with the issues highlighted in the reports along with the steps taken by the Authority to correct the mentioned issues.

Furthermore, the committee discussed the audit reports of Anti-Corruption Commission for the year 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, Business Center Corporation Limited's Audit Report for the year 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, Local Government Authority's Audit Report for the year 2013, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and Maldives Hajj Corporation's Audit Report for the year 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2018 and 2020. Funadhoo Constituency member Mohamed Mamdhooh proposed to file these audit reports as they were given an unqualified opinion by the Auditor General. It was seconded by Hanimaadhoo Constituency member Abdul Gafoor Moosa and passed unanimously.
