Summary
Today the committee summoned, Bank of Maldives, Maldives Monetary Authority and Maldives Correctional Services, regarding State-Owned Enterprises Committee’ report no. M19/SOE/2023/01 (The issue of withdrawal of money from the accounts of Bank of Maldives customers without the knowledge of the owners of the accounts), to identify the challenges faced by the authorities in implementing the recommendations of the report.
