Summary
In today’s meeting, members first revisited the mandates of the Public Accounts Committee. After a debate, MP Ismail Shafeeu of Isdhoo constitution proposed to pass the said mandates as proposed by the Secretariat. MP Ahmed Riyas of Thimarafushi constitution seconded the proposition and this was passed unanimously.
Next, the committee reviewed and amended from clause no 124 to clause no 177 of the Standing Order.
