Summary
During today’s meeting, members discussed on extending the deadline for implementation of the regulations contained in Annex 1 and Annex II of the Act No 6/2008 (General Regulations Act). Manadhoo constituency member Husnee Mubarik proposed to remove 6 regulations (relating parent act passed by majlis) from the annex and to extend the deadline for implementation of the remaining regulations until 30th April 2026. This proposal was seconded by North Kulhudhuffushi member Mohamed Dawoodh and passed unanimously.
