Summary
The committee discussed the Special Audit Report on the transactions of acquiring diesel required for the operations by Maldives Ports Limited. As proposed by North Henveyru Constituency member Ahmed Aifan and seconded by Hanimaadhoo Constituency member Abdul Gafoor Moosa, the committee decided to send a report to the main committee with the issues highlighted in the audit report along with the measures taken by Maldives Ports Limited and Maldives Fuel Supplies to correct the mentioned issues and the recommendations of the committee. The proposal also includes to obtain details on the actions Maldives Post Limited took against the employees involved in the matter.
