Summary
At today's meeting, it was decided to file the State Trading Organization's annual reports for 2023 and 2024, and the Housing Development Finance Corporation's annual report for 2024, as those documents were shared with the committee members.
Also, it was decided to meet with the Board members to review the 2024 Annual Report of the Privatization and Corporatization Board.
Although the Maldives Fund Management Corporation had assigned China National Electric Engineering Company to develop the Integrated Tourism Concept in Hankede, Addu City, since the actual work of the project has been delayed without commencement, it was decided to send a letter to the Maldives Fund Management Corporation to clarify information regarding the matter.
It was decided to send letters to State Electric Company Limited, Maldives Water and Sewerage Company Limited, and Fenaka Corporation Limited to inquire regarding establishment of a system to bill tenants directly for water and electricity instead of billing property owners.
