Summary
At today's meeting, the committee sat with the Anti-Corruption Commission officials to discuss a paper prepared by the commission regarding the resources needed to expedite investigations of sensitive state financial matters and recover funds lost due to corruption. As per the request of the commission, Kelaa Constituency member Abdulla Shareef proposed to conduct the meeting as a confidential meeting, which was seconded, North Henveyru member Member Ahmed Aifan. Consequently, the Committee members present unanimously decided to make the meeting confidential.
