Summary
In today’s meeting, the process of electing a Deputy Chair of the committee was carried out as the post of Deputy Chair of the committee was lying vacant following the appointment of Member of Vilufushi Constituency Hassan Waheed in place of Member of Huraa Constituency Dr. Anara Naeem.
Member of Vilufushi Constituency Hassan Waheed proposed the name of Member of Holhudhoo Constituency Abdul Sattar Mohamed to be elected as the Deputy Chair of the committee. This proposal was seconded by Member of Funadhoo Constituency Mohamed Mamdhooh.
This proposal was unanimously passed by the members present and voted.
