Summary
In this meeting the committee reviewed the employment framework of the Maldives Correctional Service, which was sent by the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology for approval by the Relevant Parliamentary Committee, incorporating changes to the employment framework under Section 19 of the Maldives Prisons and Parole Act (14/2013). After discussions among the members, MP Abdulla Shareef of Kelaa Constituency proposed and MP Mohamed Shahid of Hulhudhoo Constituency seconded for passing of the Maldives Correctional Service employment framework as provided by the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology.
