-In today’s meeting, the committee reviewed the Maldives Media and Broadcasting Regulation Bill. Kelaa constituency member Abdullah Shareef proposed that the committee discuss the comments on this bill in a closed-door meeting. It was seconded by Fuvahmulah constituency member Ibrahim Hussain. This proposal was passed by the majority members present and voted in the meeting.
