Summary
In today’s meeting, the committee interviewed candidates for the appointment of three members to the Maldives Media and Broadcasting Commission, in accordance with Article 17 of Act No. 16/2025 (Maldives Media and Broadcastign Regulation Act).
Secondly, the members of the Committee awarded marks independently, in accordance with ‘the criteria to be assessed in awarding marks, set by the General-Purpose Committee in accordance with Article 223 (c) of the Standing Order of the Parliament.
