Summary
In today’s meeting, the Committee discussed a matter submitted by a private party requesting the Committee to assess how effectively the regulations and guidelines made under Law No. 2/2024 (Occupational Health and Safety Act) are being implemented.
When the floor was opened for discussion, Central Fuvahmulah Constituency Member Ali Fazad proposed to further evaluate the matter after obtaining clarification on the issue from the relevant institutions. This proposal was seconded by West Henveyru Member Ali Ibrahim. The proposal was passed unanimously.
