Summary

In today's meeting, committee reviewed the Judges Act Amendment bill (Act No. 13/2010) and drug act amendment bill. (Act No.17/2011).

Regarding Drug Act Amendment Bill, Committee reviewed the bill with the comments sent from Attorney General’s Office. Committee decided to amend section 3-6 (A) of the Bill. This was proposed by Faresmathoda Constituency Member Ashraf Rasheed and seconded by Funadhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Mamdhooh.
