Summary

In today's meeting, committee reviewed the matter the president has referred on the appointment of 5 members to the Tax Appeal Tribunal in accordance with Section 56 (h) (1) of Tax Administrative Act (No. 3/2010).

Committee decided the deadline to submit public complaints for the candidates to be given as 25th November 2025, 12pm.

This was proposed by Funadhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Mamdhooh and seconded by Vilufushi Constituency Member Hassan Waheed.

Then committee discussed on how the committee should proceed with this matter.

Committee decided to hold the interview as soon as committee received responses fron related institutions on completion of the candidates record clearing.

This was proposed by South Hithadhoo Constituency Member Ibrahim Nazim and seconded by Funadhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Mamdhoo.
