Summary
In today’s meeting, the committee worked on the Bill on amendment to the Constitution. Once the committee chairman opened the floor for members, Baarashu constituency member Ibrahim Shujau proposed to meet Elections commission, attorney general’s office and political parties on Monday, 2nd February 2026. This proposal was seconded by West Henveiru constituency member Ali Ibrahim.
This motion was approved unanimously by all members present at the meeting.
