Summary
In today’s meeting, Nilandhoo Constituency Member Fathimath Sauda proposed to extend the deadline for Organ Transplant Bill until 29th April 2026. It was seconded by Kaashidhoo Constituency Member Munthazim Ibrahim.

This proposal was seconded by Nilandhoo Constituency Member Fathimath Sauda.
The proposal was passed unanimously by the members present.
Lastly, the Committee met with officials from the Ministry of Sports, Fitness and Recreation to discuss the Ministry’s Annual Report 2024. During the meeting, the Ministry delivered a presentation outlining its key activities and achievements for the year and responded to questions raised by Committee Members regarding its work and performance.
