Summary
In today’s meeting, Committee discussed the issue regarding delays in the cases submitted to the Employment Tribunal, and also that the work on Industrial Dispute resolution Division under the Employment Tribunal has not yet commence to this date. And since the committee has passed to meet the tribunal twice already, and these meeting were postponed upon their request, committee decided to meet them on th 24th of this month.
This was proposed by Kendhoo Constituency Member Mauroof Zakir and seconded by Faresmathoda Constituency Member Ashraf Rasheed
