Summary
In today’s meeting, the Committee proceeded with the work of reviewing the 2025 Annual Report of the Ministry of Cities, Local Government and Public Works, and the 2024 Annual Report of Local Councils submitted by the Local Government Authority. Following deliberation, Nilandhoo Constituency Member Fathimath Saudha proposed to request the Ministry of Cities, Local Government and Public Works and the Local Government Authority to submit PowerPoint presentations to the Committee based on these reports. The proposal was seconded by Vilifushi Constituency Member Hassan Waheed.
The proposal was passed unanimously by the members present.
