Summary

In today’s meeting, the committee discussed the issue received from North Galolhu Constituency member Mohamed Ibrahim stating that no response was received from the Ministry of Health to a request to visit the Home for People with Special Need in K. Guraidhoo.


The committee unanimously passed the below proposals of the committee members:


(1)  Makunudhoo Constituency member Adam Shafeeq proposed, and Madaveli Constituency member Mohamed Shameez seconded to pass the recommendations proposed by the committee.

(2)  Maduvvari Constituency member Ahmed Zahir proposed, and Maavashu Constituency member Ahmed Shakir seconded to add a duration for the ministry to respond for the requests of the Parliament Members.

(3)  Makunudhoo Constituency member Adam Shafeeq proposed, and Madaveli Constituency member Mohamed Shameez seconded to add a period of 10 working days to the respond for the requests of the Parliament Members.
