Summary
In this meeting, the Committee proceeded with making a decision regarding the legal advice provided by the Counsel General of the People’s Majlis concerning the “Organ Transplantation Bill”.
In this regard, following discussions among the members, MP Mohamed Ibrahim of North Galolhu constituency proposed and MP Munthazim Ibrahim of Kaashidhoo constituency, seconded, to amend the articles of the Bill in accordance with the advice provided by the Counsel General and to pass the whole Bill.
The motion was passed unanimously by the members present at the time of voting.
