Summary
In today’s meeting, committee discussed the letter sent from criminal court regarding Criminal court judges security. Since the salary and allowances of judges of the court are under the mandate of Public accounts committee of the people’s Majlis, and this issue is being reviewed by the Public Account Committee, committee decided to send a letter to criminal court stating that information. This was proposed by Hulhudhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Shahid and seconded by Funadhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Mamdhooh. The proposal was unanimously passed by the members present in the committee.
