Summary
In today's meeting, the committee commenced the issue sent for approval of M.Faiza, Mr. Mohamed Nizar as the Chairman of the Privatization and Corporatization Board, as per Article 9 (a) and (b) of Act No: 3/2013 (Privatization and Corporatization Act). As the 3 staff panel formed under Article 223 (a) of the Standing Order of the People’s majlis, announced that Mr. Mohamed Nizar meets the criteria mentioned in Article 5 and Article 10 of Act No: 3/2013 (Privatization and Corporatization Act), the committee proceeded with the interview process.
After the interview, the committee unanimously decided to give committee’s approval to M.Faiza, Mr. Mohamed Nizar, who has been appointed by the President as the chair of the Privatization and Corporatization Board.
