Summary
In today's meeting, the committee commenced the issue sent for approval of Amaaz/Ga.Dhaandhoo, Ms. Fathimath Zaina Abdulla as the board member of the Privatization and Corporatization Board, as per Article 4 (a) and (b) of Act No: 3/2013 (Privatization and Corporatization Act). As the 3 staff panel formed under Article 223 (a) of the Standing Order of the People’s majlis, announced that Ms.Zaina Abdulla meets the criteria mentioned in Article 4 and Article 10 of Act No: 3/2013 (Privatization and Corporatization Act), the committee proceeded with the interview process.
After the interview, the committee unanimously decided to give committee’s approval to Ms. Zaina Abdulla, Amaaz/ Ga.Dhaandhoo, who has been appointed by the President as the board member of the Privatization and Corporatization Board. The voting details are on “Votes” section of this page.
