Summary
Today's meeting continued to discuss the matter referred for advice on how the Secretariat should act in sharing word file of bills, resolutions and committee reports submitted to the Majlis.
South Feydhoo Constituency Member Ibrahim Didi proposed that if a member requests the Word file of a bill or resolution or matter submitted to the Majlis, the Secretariat should share it with the member, however, the Word file of committee reports should not be shared with members. The motion was supported by South Henveyru Member Hussain Imran Latheef. The motion was passed unanimously by the members present and voting at the committee meeting.
