Summary
In this meeting the Committee reviewed matters submitted to the Committee by Members of the People's Majlis.
The first item on the agenda was the review of an issue submitted by MP Mohamed Ibrahim of North Galolhu Constituency, stating that due to the lack of designated authorities responsible for the oversight of the Sinamalé Bridge and "Midhili Magu", stretching from Malé to Hulhumalé, difficulties are being encountered in maintenance efforts as well as in ensuring the safety and security of the area. Following discussions, MP Azim Abdul Azeez of Vilingili Constituency proposed and MP Hussain Sameer of Thoddoo Constituency seconded to clarify in writing regarding this issue from Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development.
The motion was passed unanimously by the members present at the time of voting.

Subsequently, the committee discussed the issue submitted by the MP Mohamed Ibrahim of North Galolhu Constituency, seeking a solution to the difficulties faced by the public due to the continuous towing and fining of private vehicles amid a shortage of parking spaces in the Malé area. Following discussions, MP Abdul Hannan Aboobakuru of Thulhaadhoo Constituency proposed and MP Azim Abdul Azeez of Vilingili Constituency proposed to send a letter to the Ministry of Housing, Infrastructure and Urban Development to clarify in writing regarding this issue from Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development.
