Summary
In this meeting, the Committee discussed a letter sent by the MDP Women's Wing regarding the incident on February 6, 2025, involving the deaths of Fathimath Shiuna (Zamaanee Villa, GA. Villingili) and her child. Following discussions among members, West Maafannu Constituency member Mohamed Musthafa Ibrahim, proposed requesting the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by Aasandha Company Limited and the National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) for handling medical emergencies, and meeting with both agencies after reviewing those SOPs.
