Summary
The agenda for today’s meeting was to review the issues submitted to the Committee. In this regard, the Committee reviewed the issue sent by the Member for Galolhu North Constituency, Mohamed Ibrahim, seeking clarification on the implementation status of the Residential Tenancy Act.
Following the Committee’s discussion on the matter, the Member for Vilimale Constituency, Mohamed Ismail, proposed sending an inquiry to the Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development to obtain the necessary information. The proposal was seconded by the Member for Hithadhoo South Constituency, Ibrahim Nazil.
Upon being put to a vote, the proposal was passed unanimously by all Members present.
