Funadhoo Constituency member Mohamed Mamdhooh proposed and North Fuvahmulah Constituency member Hamad Abdulla seconded to the below mentioned revisions. They were passed by the majority.

  2. To increase the car allowance of the Cabinet members from the current MVR 7,500 (Seven Thousand Five hundred Rufiyaa) to MVR 17,000 (Seventeen Thousand Rufiyaa) as the current pay of the Cabinet Members are low compared to the salary and allowance of Chief Judges, Judges and Presidents of Independent Commissions.
