Hon. Abdul Raheem Abdulla, Speaker of the People’s Majlis, has departed to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on an official visit from 19-24 January 2026, at the Invitation of Hon. Speaker of the Shura Council.

Hon. Speaker’s delegation includes, Hon. Mohamed Shahid, MP for Hulhudhoo Constituency; Hon. Hussain Riza Adam, MP for Maafushi Constituency; Hon. Ali Fazad, MP for Fuvahmulah Central Constituency; Hon. Azim Abdul Azeez, MP for Villingili Constituency; Uz. Fathimath Niusha, Secretary General of the People’s Majlis; Mohamed Rasheed, Deputy Secretary General; Ahmed Nihan Hussain Manik, Chief of Bureau and Zuyyina Badhree, Director Foreign Relations.
