Hon. Abdul Raheem Abdulla, Speaker of the People’s Majlis, has arrived in Tashkent, Uzberkistan to participate in the 150th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) being held from April 5-9, 2025.

Hon. Speaker’s delegation includes Minority Leader of the People's Majlis, Ibrahim Nazil, MP for South Hithadhoo constituency, Asma Rasheed, MP for Central Maafannu constituency, Dr. Anara Naeem, MP for Huraa constituency, Abdulla Rifau, MP for South Maafannu and Hussain Imran Latheef, MP for South Henveyru.
