Summary

The agenda for today's meeting is to elect the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Committee.

Legal Officer Uza. Milha Jamal conducted the appointment of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Committee.

 

Kolamaafushi Constituency Member Ibrahim Didi proposed to elect Mahchangolhi Central Constituency Member Ahmed Xamyr as the Chair of the Committee. It was seconded by North Henveyru Constituency Member Ahmed Aifan. The Committee members unanimously elected Mahchangolhi Central Constituency Member Ahmed Xamyr as the Chair of the Committee.

 

As for the Deputy Chair of the Committee, Mahchangolhi Central Constituency Member Ahmed Xamyr proposed Vilifushi Constituency Member Hassan Waheed and this name was seconded by Gemanafushi Constituency Member Asadhulla Shihab.The Committee members unanimously elected Vilifushi Constituency Member Hassan Waheed as the Deputy Chair of the Committee.
