Summary

North Mahchangolhi Constituency Member Ibrahim Muhammad proposed to form a sub-committee to review the 2023 annual reports of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and 17 missions under the Ministry. It was seconded by North Kulhudhuffushi Constituency Member Mohamed Dawoodh.

 

The members of the sub-committee are:

1. North Mahchangolhi Constituency Member Ibrahim Muhammad

2. Vaikaradhoo Constituency Member Hussain Ziyad

3. North Kulhudhuffushi Constituency Member Mohamed Dawoodh

4. Kendhikulhudhoo Constituency Member Mohamed Afoo Hamid

5. Mathiveri Constituency Member Hassan Zareer

6. South Fuvahmulah Constituency Member Ibrahim Hussain

7. Maradhoo Constituency Member Ahmed Didi

 

Therefore, a 7-member sub-committee has been formed to review the annual reports of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the 17 missions under the Ministry for the year.

 

Then the committee discussed the procedures of the committee, which were prepared by the secretariat. It was decided by the committee to approve the submitted draft of the procedure and was passed unanimously
