Summary

In this meeting committee discussed about deadline for completion of review of the amendment bill to the Act number 7/2023 (Companies Act). In this regard, North Thinadhoo constituency member Saudhulla Hilmee proposed to complete the committee works of the bill by today itself as it is a very brief bill and this proposal was seconded by Central Mahchangolhi constituency member Ahmed Xamyr. After reviewing the bill in today’s meeting Central Mahchangolhi constituency member Ahmed Xamyr proposed to pass the bill as it was sent to the committee without any amendments and was seconded by Kendhikulhudhoo constituency member Mohamed Afoo Hamid.
