Introduction
The Committee on National Development and Heritage was established on June 3, 2024, during the 2nd Session of the 20th People's Majlis. Mandate of the committee is to oversee and examine all matters related to national development and the preservation of Dhivehi culture, ensuring accountability from government agencies, and providing guidance on issues concerning national progress and cultural heritage.
