During the meeting at the People’s Majlis, the 13 children raised concerns about protecting their rights, and how the parliament can help. The children presented a booklet to the Speaker on 16 major concerns that the children face, which require immediate solutions. These include child sexual harassment and abuse, self-harm, the lack of care for children under state protection, a lack of opportunities, and the difficulties disabled children face when going out.
