Petitions

Citizens can submit petitions to the Majlis through an MP. The purpose of petitions is to bring to the attention of the relevant committee، the view of the public in respect of a bill, issue or matter submitted to Majlis and/or regarding a matter pertaining to public or national interest.

If a petition does not meet the requirements stipulated in the standing order of Majlis, the administrative staff of the Petition Committee shall facilitate the petitioners to resubmit it after fulfilling the requirements.
