In this meeting, the Committee decided the deadlines regarding the issues submitted to the Committee. And MP Hassan Latheef of West Henveyru Constituency proposed that the Committee should adopt a standard procedure through which the Committee would reply to letters from the public. This proposal was seconded by MP Ali Hussain of Kendhoo Constituency, and it was passed unanimously.
