In this meeting, the Committee met with the Secretary General of the Supreme Court, Dr. Hussain Faiz regarding the letter he sent to the Committee. Since the Judicial Service Commission was investigating the issues highlighted by Dr. Hussain Faiz, the Committee decided to send a letter to the Commission requesting the conclusion of the investigation. Next, the Committee endorsed the standard procedure through which the Committee would review specific issues. And, the Committee decided a deadline for the issue of appointing a candidate from the public to the Judicial Service Commission. And the Committee decided to review letters from the public in compliance with the aforementioned standard procedure.
