In this meeting the Committee reviewed the Report No: D-DC53/TF6/2019/1 and Report No: D-TC69/TF6/2019/16 submitted by Judicial Service Commission, and determined that the investigations were conducted in accordance with Judicial Service Commission Act and that the Commission have followed the procedures. Therefore, the Committee decided to file the reports. Next, the Committee reviewed a letter sent to the Public Accounts Committee from the public, which was forwarded to the Committee by the Public Accounts Committee. The Committee decided to send the issue to the Judicial Service Commission so that it could be investigated.
