In today's meeting, the Subcommittee discussed Bill number 22/2020 (Bill to Amend Land Transport Act (law number: 5/2009)). Motion proposed by MP for Dhiggaru Constituency Ikram Hassan and seconded by MP for Hoarafushi Constituency Ahmed Saleem, to conduct a meeting with officials of the President's Office, Ministry of Transport & Civil Aviation, Ministry of National Planning, Housing & Infrastructure and Secretariat of Male' City Council and discuss the Bill and the traffic congestion and parking issues in Male' City, was passed unanimously. This meeting is scheduled for Monday, 09 November 2020.
