In today's meeting, the Committee discussed the subcommittee Report on the Issue submitted to assess the state of "information technology, science and communication" sector in the Maldives. The Committee decided to obtain additional information from island councils, atoll councils, city councils and resorts; and to include the same in the Report. The Committee also decided to revert the Report to the subcommittee; and to designate MP for Holhudhoo Constituency Yoonus Ali as a member of the subcommittee.
