In today's meeting, the Committee set the deadline to finish its work on the Report on bill number 22/2020 (Bill to Amend Land Transport Act (law number: 5/2009)), that was reverted to the Committee for reconsideration. Motion proposed by MP for Thulusdhoo Constituency Ibrahim Naseem and endorsed by MP for Manadhoo Constituency Ahmed Haroon to set the deadline until 15 November 2021 was passed unanimously. Further in today's meeting, the Committee formulated a workplan for the pending works presented to it. The Committee also voted to amend sections 41 to 47 of the Maldives Statistics Bill.
