In today's meeting the Committee discussed and voted to amend sections 56 until the end of the Maldives Statistics Bill. The Committee also decided to send the Bill with its amendments to Attorney General's Office and National Bureau of Statistics to obtain their comments, with 31 May 2021 as a deadline to submit comments. Further in today's meeting, the Committee decided to commence the review of annual reports of ministries and other offices submitted to it in the month of June.
