In today's meeting the committee decided to get updates of the issue sent by the staffs of Public works, Addu city from state owned enterprises committee as this issue has previously been reviewed by that committee. Then the committee decided to get information from Labour Relations Authority regarding the regulations to be published under the amendment to Act no 2/2008 (Employment Act). Further more the committee discussed about Hulhumale Planning Regulation and decided to ask the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure to gazette the latest regulation amended by the committee. Then, members discussed about the shipping regulation issue and concluded this issue as two new regulations have been published, therefore solving the issues regarding this matter.
