The committee discussed the issue regarding the strike by Island Aviation Private Limited Pilots upon the dismissal of the chief pilot. Regarding the issue, committee reviewed human resource policy report by Privatization and corporation board on each state owned enterprises. The Reply to the letter sent by former employee of Maldive Gas Pvt Limited, accusing sexual harrrasement on former Acting Managing Director of the company, Ali Ikram, stating the committees mandate does not allow to further investigate the issue while the individual has the right to get the issue investigated from the relevant authorities
