During the meeting, discussions were held on the two names forwarded by the President to appoint the President and Vice President of the Human Rights Commission of the Maldives. In this regard, the Committee approved the names of Ms. Mariyam Muna as the President and Dr. Ahmed Adhuham Abdulla as the Vice President of the Human Rights Commission. After that , the Committee decided to meet with the relevant authorities regarding the lack of adequate medical services provided to those detained until the end of their trial. the committee decided to forward the case regarding power outages at the president's house of the Maavashu Council to States owned enterprises committee
