In today's meeting, the Committee discussed the Subcommittee Report on the Resolution calling to prevent the long-term unlawful practices of telecom operators for its benefits by foregoing public interests, proposed by MP for Central Maafannu Ibrahim Rasheed. The Committee unanimously voted to conclude its work on this Resolution and send its Report to the Majlis floor. Further in today's meeting, the Committee discussed and voted to pass sections 1 to 3 of the Electronic Transactions Bill.
